Established in 2009, BreakiNUS represents the B-boy scene in NUS. Through this dance, BreakiNUS strives to spread love and knowledge of hip-hop culture, so as to give back to the community.
BreakiNUS aims to create a vibrant community of breakdancers who share a passion for this dynamic art form. Through a supportive and inclusive environment, it empowers all the members to express themselves, push their boundaries, and grow as dancers. BreakiNUS’s vision is to be the leading breakdance club, known for its commitment to excellence and the exceptional talent of its members. BreakiNUS aspires to transcend boundaries and unite people through breakdancing. Members are given the opportunity to learn and grow through regular training sessions and workshops, express their unique style, build connections with like-minded individuals, perform at various events, compete in local and regional competitions, and spread the love for breakdancing through outreach programs.
Recent achievements: 3rd place in University showcase category at Hipfest International 2022, Supernova and Student Life Fair (SLF).
