Join us at the NUS Museum this school holiday and Be an Archaeologist for a Day! In this 2-hour programme, upper-primary children will get a chance to role-play as archaeologists through the process of examining a small excavation site specially designed by the museum. Participants will work together with their parents/guardians to dig, reconstruct broken fragments, and make inferences about them. Inspired by actual archaeological sites in Singapore featured in the NUS Museum’s Archaeology Library, participants will also learn more about Singapore’s histories along the way.
Limited to 10 pairs of parent and child per session. (Minimum of 7 pairs to proceed.)
